Insurance Claim - it's your choice
In the event of an accident, your insurance company may try to send you to one of their own bodyshop's, where they may not use genuine Land Rover parts or factory repair methods.
However, you have a choice where your vehicle is repaired, so why not choose the experts who trained by the Land Rover factory. Only by insisting that your Land Rover is repaired at a factory approved bodyshop, can you be sure and safe in the knowledge that it will be repaired correctly and re-instated to its pre-accident condition, without compromise.
Insurance approved repair centre's are often instructed to repair panels (that should in fact be replaced) and fit non-genuine aftermarket parts, which can compromise the quality of repair and also affects your manufacturer’s warranty. The residual value of your Land Rover may also be adversely affected if the repair is not carried out correctly to manufacturer specifications.
